Our client, an established Trade Body has an urgent requirement for a Membership Assistant to join their small but friendly team.
You will be responsible for supporting the education and membership activities through excellent customer service towards members and students by coordinating events in an organised and professional manner. You will also be the key liaison point for matters related to education and institute membership,
This is a varied and exciting role which will include organising branch events and managing the member life cycle for the institute including processing new applications and renewals.
Other duties include admin support to the finance team, including mail merges and VLOOKUP.
Ideally you will have advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and have experience using CRM and CMS software. You will also need excellent interpersonal skills and an eagle eye for detail. A healthy dose of enthusiasm and energy for getting the job done would also be advantageous.
This is a varied and interesting role and would suit a candidate who is adept at multi tasking.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm
