Working with a market leading premium dealership group, Premier Work Support have a fantastic opportunity for an Automotive Service Advisor to join the team.
Our client's team maintain the highest possible customer service standards at all times and pride themselves on their outstanding service, knowledge and expertise. You will be responsible for building a rapport with customers, offering them the benefit of your knowledge and expertise, identifying their needs and giving clear and accurate estimates of the costs and timescales involved, scheduling jobs into the workshop taking into account the complexity of the work, the availability of parts and arranging a loan car if required whilst keeping customers informed of progress through to completion.
The successful candidate will possess excellent customer facing skills, an automotive background is preferred but not essential. You will ideally have used Kerridge previously.
