Premier Work Support are currently recruiting for an HR Administrator on behalf of a world leading freight and cargo company based in Crawley.
This position will be working alongside the company HR Officer, providing an effective administration support to the Managers and employees. This role includes, but is not limited to, maintaining accurate records for all employees on the time and attendance system, completing all referencing for new employees and provide secretarial and administrative support to the Company. You will also be expected to cover reception as and when required.
The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience within HR or a confidential environment. A good telephone manner with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, is essential. You must be Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
The hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 09.00 to 17.30.
