Our client, an established and thriving local business has an immediate vacancy for an ICT Support Analyst to join their existing team.
The ideal applicant will have experience within a similar role and have excellent customer facing and support skills.
You will be responsible for both 1st and 2nd line support to internal customers assisting them with hardware and software problems both over the phone and face to face.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 2000/2007 with emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a necessity.
Day to day duties will include installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications, troubleshooting system and network problems and applications and using call logging systems.
Hours 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
