We are looking for a determined, committed and adaptable person who has exceptional communication skills, high energy levels and above all a good sense of humour.
You will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to multi-task and cope with an ever changing working environment as no two days are the same in recruitment! This role will suit an individual who is highly organised and shows exceptional initiative, whilst maintaining performance and productivity the whole time.
The successful candidate will need to drive and have their own transport as there will be a requirement to visit client sites for business development opportunities and service meetings.
Our office hours are 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Additionally we operate an 'out of hours service' so you will be required to manage an on-call phone on a rotating basis.
If you have worked for a recruitment agency and have experience of running an Industrial Temporaries desk then this would be a bonus, but if you haven't and can show a proven B2B sales record then we can offer support and training with the recruitment side.
