Our client, a family run business with excellent staff retention has an immediate opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join their friendly team.
The ideal applicant must have a minimum of 3 GCSEs grade A-C including Maths and English, along with excellent skills in Microsoft Word and Excel a good typing speed and the ability to work alone and as part of a team.
Duties will include switchboard and concierge cover, general typing, meeting and greeting visitors, maintaining accurate records, issuing permits, carrying out fire drills. You will also be responsible for document control and any other ad hoc general administration that arises from daily business activities.
Hours of work Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
