We are seeking a confident, conscientious and enthusiastic individual for an on-going temporary position at our Manchester airport office. This may lead to a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
You will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to multi-task and cope with an ever changing working environment. This role will suit an individual who is highly organised and shows exceptional initiative, whilst maintaining performance and productivity the whole time. If you have experience of working within the aviation industry this would be very beneficial.
Duties will include pre-screening individuals to gauge their suitability for contracts/assignments, checking documentation to prove eligibility to work in the UK and processing references. High standards of compliance must be met and maintained at all times due to the strict policies surrounding our clients' requirements.
It is essential you have strong communication skills and an excellent telephone manner coupled with the capability of building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates alike. A confident level of using IT systems is necessary but training will be given on our in-house recruitment software. Once established we may also train you to prepare and input time-sheets on our weekly Merit payroll system so if you have experience of payroll this would be advantageous.
Our office hours are 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday but some flexibility with working hours will be required as we operate an 'out of hours service' which is covered from a mobile phone on a rota basis.
As there are a wide range of activities the role would suit an experienced Administrator who is confident, committed and adaptable with high energy levels and above all a good sense of humour.
