Premier Work Support have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Advisor to join the team at a Prestige Authorised Repairer based at their flagship site in North London.
Your duties include greeting customers & scheduling service appointments, writing service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs, translating customer's repair problems into repair terminology, explain repairs to customers, test-driving vehicles to confirm service repairs, estimating the cost & time needed for repairs and dealing with any customer queries.
You will have a strong background as a Service Advisor within an automotive aftersales department, possess superb communication skills, have a proven track record of meeting set objectives for CSI and up selling. Experience using Pinnacle would be an advantage but not essential.
