Premier Work Support have a network of branches specialising in delivery of bespoke service-driven recruitment solutions to our candidates and clients. Our main disciplines are within Commercial, Industrial, Catering and Driving, on both a Permanent and Temporary basis.
As a Recruitment Consultant at Premier Work Support, you will be in a fast paced environment whilst dealing with client sales/service, including; establishing and maintaining rapport with clients, conducting daily sales calls/appointments and research sales activities to obtain future business leads.
Candidate sales and marketing, including; promoting a welcome Branch environment, attracting a consistent flow of new candidates, interviewing/screening potential applicants and conducting pre and post interview briefings.
As well as maintaining accurate records, establishing close working relationships with all team members and other Premier Work Support branches.
The successful applicant will drive (with own transport) and be able to achieve or exceed agreed targets on both activity and financial billings on a weekly/monthly basis.
To succeed within our business, you will have a proven ability to sell, to think on your feet, think creatively, negotiate with and influence decision-makers as well as build long standing relationships within a business environment and have the determination to succeed.
