We are looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic experienced Recruitment Consultant, who knows how this can often be a tough/demanding but very rewarding/exciting career with excellent earning potential, to manage both existing and new aviation and non aviation business.
The successful applicant will be targeted on both activity & financial billings on a weekly/monthly basis and be expected to achieve or exceed targets agreed.
You will have a proven recruitment sales track record (ideally Industrial), and be able to provide evidence of this within your previous roles. You will also be a naturally competitive, motivated individual, with lots of drive and a strong desire to succeed. In addition, you will be a strong communicator, relationship builder, have the ability to withstand pressure and have your own transport.
