An opportunity has arisen for a conscientious and enthusiastic individual to join our team at Enfield as a Branch Administrator.
This is a hands on, varied role incorporating a broad spectrum of activities to include meeting and greeting customers, pre-screening individuals in regards to their suitability for assignments specific to our clients requirements, inputting payroll on a weekly basis, ensuring high levels of compliance are maintained and general office duties, e.g. faxing, filing, typing of general correspondence.
As this role provides comprehensive administrative support to the existing team, within a fast paced environment, the ideal candidate will have a high level of organisational and planning skills, be fully computer literate, numerical, an effective communicator, have a good eye for details, be able to quickly build rapport and working relationships. Payroll experience would be advantageous.
The successful applicant will drive (with own transport) and, due to the fast paced environment, must be able to cope under pressure, deal with potential setbacks and work to tight deadlines.
The hours of work are 8.00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, as well as providing an out-of-hour's service on a rotating basis; which entails managing the company mobile phone overnight and at weekends, including Bank Holidays.
