We are currently recruiting for a Stock & Purchasing Controller for our well established company based on the outskirts of Chatham.
The main duties of the role will be stock control, ensuring an excellent level of customer service when dealing with customers and suppliers.
Using Excel and a bespoke in-house system you will be dealing with suppliers, sourcing stock, proactively planning and preparing for future customer requirements, monitoring perfomance and resolving matters arising.
The successful candidate will work well as part of a small team but also be motivated to work alone and self manage when necessary. Along with the ability to manage several tasks at once the ideal candidate will be able to learn new skills quickly.
Good I.T. skills in MS Office particularly MS Excel are essential.
Own transport is desirable due to location.
