Working with a world leader in materials handling, Premier Work Support are recruiting a Reception Administrator for their flagship operation at Heathrow Airport. You will be the front face of the business providing a warm welcome to visitors in a busy office environment. This role is Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm although some flexibility may be required.
Duties will include welcoming guests & dealing with refreshments as required, inputting data to generate invoices on the internal systems, dealing with clients both over the phone and face to face, processing orders ensuring a full audit trial and PO numbers are raised, managing fleet paperwork & maintenance schedules, collating and sending documentation and completing relevant reference process for all personnel.
You will have a relevant background in a similar role with strong PC skills and attention to detail. You must be comfortable dealing with clients and customers in a front facing environment, displaying a positive and professional approach at all times and have a good telephone manner. An understanding of aviation security process is also desirable.
