Premier Work Support are currently recruiting for a Planner, with a business, engineering or similar degree and a minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment for their well established client based in Horsham.
You will create and manage the overall capacity plan for the company, work with the sales department to convert customer demand, put strategic plans in place for future events and liaise with production management and the transport department to ensure the effective delivery of the plans, along with managing the allocation of staff and machines and holding regular planning reviews
You will be process driven, computer literate and able to use Microsoft office suite and business ERP systems, have a good level of numeracy and literacy, be able to work under pressure and have good communication skills in both written and spoken English.
A full UK driving licence is required for this role.
