The successful candidate will be an experienced results driven ' Senior People Manager' with a particular knowledge within both Commercial and Industrial sectors, both Temporary and Permanent. You will have managed multi-site locations previously, and be proficient in managing the strategic development and direction of operational branches.
You will have a proven sales and management track record, as you will be responsible for leading and driving the performance forward of five branches situated mainly within the Essex area.
Your work in ensuring key business objectives are met through sustained and planned change programmes will be supported by a great Senior Management and Back Office Support Team.

Experienced Senior Recruitment Managers that can successfully meet and demonstrate the above criteria can expect to achieve:
* Salary £50,000 to £55,000 per annum
* Realistic OTE of £75,000 to £80,000 - based on team productivity, KPI's and milestone achievements
