An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Duty / Front of House Manager to join a fast paced and busy team based at Manchester airport. This position offers a competitive salary of £24,000- £25,000, with 28 days holiday including bank holidays.
The working hours are 12 hours per day, 4 days on and 4 days off, including days, nights and weekends.
The job holders responsibilities will include:
*Maintaining standards to meet KPI and SLA's through delivery of planned and reactive services within remit of control
*Maintaining and developing rosters to ensure consistent delivery of staff output to meet KPI/SLA requirements
*Preparing reports and updating the reporting systems relevant to service delivery
*Driving standards through effective coaching and management techniques
*Delivering and ensuring training requirements are met
*The effective management of staff within Company guidelines
*The recruitment and selection of new staff using approved methods
*The investigation of accidents/incidents
*Carrying out audits and using data to drive improvements in standards
*Undertaking additional duties in line with capabilities as required
*Delivering effective team briefings to update on company and contractual information
The ideal candidate will have previous experience with QHSE an experience in an FM environment and managing staff. You must posses good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. You will be used to carrying out performance and quality audits, producing regular reports and be up to date with current health and safety legislation.
You must have valid documentation to confirm your eligibility to work in the UK (e.g. a Full UK birth certificate or a valid Passport, with current visa if required), proof of your NI Number (e.g. NI Card, P45 or P60), a full driving licence with no more than 6 points, a 5 year checkable history with no more than 5 work/education references, no criminal record or unspent convictions.
