Premier Work Support are looking for a conscientious, enthusiastic and experienced Branch and Business Development Manager, to join our highly successful and well established High Street Recruitment Agency.
The postholder will lead and manage both existing and new business, as well as support the development of staff within the branch. For the right applicant there is the possibility of a move into a more senior, area manager position should you prove successful in this role!

You will be part of a fun, hardworking professional team who will fully support you day-to-day. This branch is already a highly established operation; you will add to this further with your exceptional drive, dedication and sales abilities playing a 'key part' in reaching targets through developing business with inactive and prospect clients.
You will have a proven recruitment sales track record (within an Industrial or Commercial sector), experience of leading a recruitment sales team and be able to provide evidence of this within your previous roles. You will also be a naturally competitive, motivated individual, with lots of drive, a strong desire to succeed, be a strong communicator and relationship builder.
