Premier Work Support is looking for an Senior Sales Person to join a sales team at an established logistics company in the Basildon Area.
The position will focus on proactively driving new sales and business, both imports and exports. We are looking for a candidate who has experience in B2B telesales and telemarketing, who preferably also has a background in Logistics. Office of Financial Research experience is also necessary.
The ability to confidently speak with senior decision makers in a variety of companies is crucial, as you will have to make sales calls and arrange visits to existing and new customers covering the area south of Birmingham and in particular the South East and Heathrow areas.
Having an outgoing nature with a genuine desire to achieve and exceed targets is very important as the business is looking for a minimum of 20 customer visits per week and 40 telephone sales calls per week when in the office.
The position would suit an ambitious, self motivated, highly driven, enthusiastic individual, with strong communication skills - both written and verbal, along with an experienced and excellent telephone manner.
The hours of work are 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
