We have an exciting opportunity to join one of our prestigious clients near Horsham as a temporary Production Operative.

You'll be part of a friendly, dedicated team working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring every item that leaves the facility is finished to perfection.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate ironing and pressing machines to deliver high-quality finishes on linen, towels, and garments.
* Sort, fold, and prepare items for packing and dispatch.
* Maintain a steady workflow to meet daily production targets.
* Handle Linen items with care to prevent damage or contamination.
* Support other operations, including loading and unloading machines when needed.
* Keep your workstation clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
* Follow all Health & Safety and manual handling procedures.
Skills & Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role, housekeeping, or production environment is an advantage but not essential - full training will be provided!
* Comfortable working in a warm, fast-paced environment and performing repetitive tasks with accuracy.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
* Reliable, punctual, and proactive with a strong work ethic.
* Capable of manual handling tasks throughout the shift.
