We are recruiting on behalf of one of our prestigious clients in the Crawley area for a reliable and motivated individual to join as a permanent Assistant Operator, helping ensure the smooth running of production lines. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to develop their skills and potentially progress into a Machine Operator role in the future.
What You'll Do
* Prepare and support production line setup for an 8:00am start.
* Assist with monitoring machinery, performing quality checks, and maintaining line efficiency.
* Complete paperwork accurately - strong English and attention to detail are essential.
* Work closely with Machine Operators and Line Leads to maintain high operational standards.
* Get hands-on with production processes, actively supporting daily operations
What We're Looking For
* Experience in manufacturing, production, or similar environments.
* Confident, hands-on approach to using equipment and machinery.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions.
* Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive

Salary: £14.25 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week (over a 4 out of 5 day period) overtime available at the same rate
