A rare opportunity has arisen with a well-established manufacturing company in Medway. Our client is seeking a hands-on, permanent Warehouse Supervisor to lead a small team and drive improvements across warehouse and stores operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise a team of two
* Manage goods-in, stock control, and dispatch
* Support production with timely material flow
* Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts and ERP systems (Sage preferred)
* Operate forklifts safely (valid licence required)
* Drive continuous improvement and ensure H&S compliance
What We're Looking For:
* Proven warehouse leadership in a manufacturing setting
* Strong inventory and ERP system experience
* Forklift licence (Counterbalance/Bendi preferred)
* Organised, proactive, and improvement-focused
