Premier Work Support are currently recruiting for a temporary Receptionist based in Gloucester.
This position is for someone who is approachable, welcoming, pleasant, and able to provide the correct information when asked.
Duties include:
* Reception/front desk duties, including security duties,
* H&S duties include fire alarm tests and first aid kit checks,
* Reporting incidents and maintenance, supporting building users,
* Main point of contact for all client's colleagues on the floor,
* Answering questions, help with requests, from technology, events, wellness schedule, etc..
* All-purpose administration to support the delivery of a consistent service to our customers,
* Using an administered booking system for Visitor Management, Meeting Rooms, and Desk Bookings, within the client's workspace,
* Ensure that clear desk policy/cleanliness is maintained throughout the office,
You will need to have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office products, excellent communication skills and be capable of building and maintaining relationships and delivering high-level customer service to clients and workers over the telephone and face-to-face.
Requirements: flexibility to work on a set three weekly rolling shift pattern of 42.5hrs per week with 8.5hr shifts between 6.00am - 9.30pm, including one Saturday every three weeks.

* Shift 1: Monday to Friday - 6:00am - 2:30pm
* Shift 2: Monday to Friday - 1:00pm - 9:30pm
* Shift 3: Tuesday/Wednesday - 7:00am to 7:30pm, Thursday - 7:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday - 7:00am - 6:30pm
This is a temporary role, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate subject to attitude, timekeeping and performance
