We are recruiting on behalf of our prestigious client, who are looking for an Accounts Operations Coordinator to run their fast growing operations office. They want someone involved in the day-to-day financial operations of a company, ensuring accurate record-keeping, compliance with financial regulations, and efficient management of financial transactions. This role can encompass various positions, including Account Officer, Operations Accountant, or Accounting Operations.
Duties include:
* Monitor account transactions, prepare and review ledger balances, handle expenses, manage payroll, and act as a point of contact for financial and operational queries.
* Maintaining accurate financial records, including sales and purchase ledgers.
* Preparing reports, including revenue and expense reports, for analysis and decision-making.
* Managing payroll processes and ensuring timely payments.
* Overseeing the management of cash flow and ensuring sufficient funds for operations.
* Managing an office with experience in Sage.
Having worked in a vehicle parts or tyre background would be advantageous.
Shifts are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
This is a permanent position.
