Our client is a complete building service company who are actively recruiting for a permanent Operations Assistant to work in their offices based in Rainham.
As the Operations Assistant you will be responsible for:
* Receiving job requests through their in-house system.
* Constant communication with their customers is an essential part of the role as you will be scheduling appointments working alongside internal teams to ensure that deadlines and the correct solution is provided.
* Maintaining a diary, monitoring work schedules, and ensuring that all the requirements are met for every job request that is worked on.
* Alongside this you will be responsible for various other administrative tasks.
For this role you will need to have worked in a similar capacity where you have demonstrated:
* Good communications skills, with the ability to liaise with customers and internal department.
* Good presentation and influencing skills - the ability to convince others of a point of view, or position to gain others support.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach
* Ability to manage a diary and focus on solutions rather than problems.
* Proven track record on delivering quality as a priority.
Hours of work are: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
