We are looking for a Facilities Engineer to be based at a busy warehouse in Waltham Cross. This is a full-time, permanent position, working 5 out of 7 days each week 7am-4pm.
Duties:
* Provide scheduled and emergency maintenance to warehouse and offices.
* Required maintenance may include building, plumbing, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs, as well as general maintenance.
* Maintain records of equipment and supplies.
* Oversee external contractors, as required.
* Attend meetings and workshops.
* Adhere to company regulations.
* Perform other maintenance duties as requested.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Experience of facilities maintenance, preferably within a warehouse.
* Mechanical / Electrical Engineering qualification.
* Full clean UK driving licence.
* H&S / COSHH trained.
* Experience with Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel.
