Our client, a specialist approved construction services company have an urgent requirement for a permanent Scheduler to join their team.
Reporting to the office manager you will be responsible for:
* Receiving job requests
* Coordinating with customers, tenants and end users
* Scheduling appointments
* Communicating appointments to customers and engineers
* Responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries
* Maintaining comprehensive records
* Collaborating with internal teams

Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
