Our client based in Basildon is looking for an experienced Service Co-ordinator / Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. Experience in a similar service co-ordinating / Administration role is essential as is excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities for the Service Administrator role include:-

* Dealing with various inbound calls and emails and making out bound calls to customers
* Logging service calls onto Sage and allocating service calls to engineers
* Raising equipment order forms
* Raising quotations and sending them to the customer
* Sending orders to sub-contractors
* Finding suppliers with the best discounts for spare parts / sourcing spare parts
* Raising and sending invoices to customers, updating invoices on Excel and dealing with invoice queries
* Sending equipment off to the manufacturer for repair
* Signing off supplier and sub-contractor invoices
* Dealing with the out of hours/weekend calls that come through to the work mobile
* Sending out post

Our client is offering a competitive salary, on-site car parking, 20 days holiday which rises with service.

The working hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, however flexibility regarding this is a must as you will be responsible for the out of hours mobile phone.
