Premier Work Support are proud to be recruiting a Hospitality Manager for a prestigious educational establishment based in Crawley.

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated candidate who would like to join our clients' large team working together to ensure the establishment is running efficiently. You must have a genuine interest and true passion for the industry.

This will be Monday - Friday work equating to 37.5 hours per week.

Please note that from September there will be a salary increase.

Some of the duties and key responsibilities are:

* Effectively organise and manage the day to day hospitality and Front of House function, overseeing planning, financial aspects and execution of events.
* Ensure appropriate Front of house rotas, processes and equipment are in place to effectively deliver events within budget and minimise use of staff overtime.
* Assist the Head of Catering to identify training needs and the delivery of an annual training plan to Front of House staff.
* Ensure all compliance processes are followed and met in line with department standards and current legislation.
* To be responsible for and able to evidence own personal development by undertaking relevant training, attending meetings, conferences and events ensuring that you are updated in all matters relevant to the role as agreed in Personal Development Plan.

Desirable Experience:

* Good knowledge of allergen and dietary requirements.
* Current First Aid certificate
* A current driving licence

Essential Experience:

* A relevant hospitality/catering qualification.
* Food Service/Hospitality background, with passion for food and excellent customer service.
* Experience of planning and delivering varied bespoke events.
* Ability to understand and adhere to Child Protection and Safeguarding legislation.
* Flexibility, a positive approach to the role, and willingness to work unsocial hours.

Due to the location of the role, own transport is essential.

Please note due to the nature of the role you will be required to have a full 5 year check-able employment/education history, no unspent criminal convictions and valid photo ID. You will also be subject to a criminal record check.
