Our client, an established and successful building services company have an exciting opportunity for a Permanent Customer Service Manager to join their team.
Reporting to the Company Directors you will be responsible for:
* Creating Customer Service function process
* Provide customers with a dedicated point of contact for complaints, questions and queries
* Provide friendly advice
* Work with the managers to assist customers with their journey as part of the company's service journey
* Build client relationships
* Feedback to management on how services could be improved
