This is a great opportunity to join a leading luxury bathroom business as an Order Progressing Administrator to complete a 10 month FTC.
To ensure that all customer orders are despatched to agreed standards and all customers receive the highest level of service in line with the company's aims, visions and values. To process collect notes and arrange all customer refunds.
* Cap all delivery rounds at 12.00 each day
* Ensure all chased refunds are passed to the Accounts department immediately.
* Order despatches are maximised by working through order book and contacting customers to arrange deliveries.
* New stock and specials report to be looked at daily to maximise despatches.
* Ensure all picking lists and collect notes are raised and passed to transport as soon after 12.00pm as possible.
* Collections process, including production of refunds/credits to be undertaken on a daily basis and filed accordingly
* Despatch confirming completed daily
* Non-runners to be re-scheduled with customers and completed daily
* Release all orders for business post at 9am and 12.00pm each day
* Ensure that all cheques/credit card payments are correctly paid onto sales orders in line with cut-offs
* To carry out any other reasonable management request
* To liaise with purchasing and the customer regarding delays to orders/products
The hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm.
