A manufacturing and distribution company, based just outside Chatham, is looking to recruit a Counterbalance Forklift Driver initially on a temporary basis. You will be moving pallets within the factory and general loading and unloading.
There is an opportunity for permanent employment after a qualifying period for the right person.
Your license will be externally accredited and in date.
There are either day or night shifts available both are on a continental shift pattern involving working 12 hours on a rota basis. Overtime is also available.
* Day Shift 06.00-18.00, Monday to Wednesday (2 weeks) and Thursday to Saturday (2 weeks)
* Night Shift-18.00-06.00 Sunday to Tuesday (2 weeks) and Wednesday to Friday (2 weeks)
The salary will be reviewed upon successful appointment of a permanent position.
Previous experience is essential.
