Premier Work Support are pleased to be partnering with a very successful FMCG business based in Dartford, to recruit a permanent Procurement Assistant.
As a Procurement Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all purchase administration and supplier communications, working closely with the Inbound Manager. Liaising with the supply chain Outbound Team, you will ensure all inbound planning and operations at the Dartford site. You will also:
* Provide day to day support to the Inbound Manager
* Facilitate orders and administration for Suppliers advising the Inbound Manager on daily inbound status and service
* Be responsible for resolving all invoice queries with Suppliers and Finance department
* Receive all goods into stock, booking in deliveries arrivals with the warehouse (Outbound) and updating Purchase Orders
* Solid administration experience
* Customer service experience
This is a Monday to Friday role with the hours of 9am - 5:30pm.
