An opportunity for a hard-working, driven candidate has arisen to join a great company based in Barking. Our client is looking to recruit a part-time Administrator to join their office team on a permanent, part-time basis. To be considered for this role, you must have experience working within an office based environment, dealing with administrative duties. You must also have an adaptable approach to your work, and be happy to help other teams as and when needed.
Duties include:
* Answering incoming calls and dealing with queries regarding products
* Responding to email enquiries
* Providing details about company products to customers
* Updating with system with any updates regarding customer conversations
* Booking goods in
* Collating paperwork
* Ordering requirements for the office
* Assisting the Directors as required
* General Administrative duties
This is a part-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday, 10am to 2pm.
