Our client is seeking an attentive, personable candidate who can provide unparalleled Customer Service to their clients. As a Customer Experience Specialist, the aim is customer satisfaction, ensuring all clients feel valued and appreciated. To be considered for this role, you must have excellent rapport building abilities, as well as strong verbal communication & customer service skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for all customer service tasks, post-delivery, including:

* Process all requests for re-calls and create calender entries
* Check stock and arrange access to site
* Ensure all customers are cared for and kept updated on jobs
* Check all paperwork for completed jobs, process invoices and update the sales tracker
* Answer client calls and messages promptly
* Sending clients beautifully presented photographs of their installation
* Request Trust Pilot reviews from clients with completed installations
* Deal with complaints, updating the complaints tracker and escalating where needed
* Organise and post gifts to clients as required
* Support and assist with all large projects, including administration and replenishment services
* Assist the Sales Operations manager with order processing, scheduling, and sales trackers
* Help maintain the Customer Service inbox
* Provide feedback and identify improvements that could be made for the company

This is a part-time, permanent role, 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
