Premier work support is pleased to be partnering with a family run business based in Orpington, to recruit a permanent Operations Assistant.
This is a key role working within a mailing company, to cover a variety of tasks.
* Prepare mail merge of client database information in readiness for printing
* Assist with invoice data and invoice distribution
* Outgoing post to be prepared for collection
* Incoming post to be correctly allocated
* Deal with incoming telephone calls
* Print envelopes, labels and letters in required formats accurately and efficiently
* Manage enquiries, take messages and ensure these are passed to the relevant personnel
This is a Monday to Friday role, working 35 hours per week between the hours of 8am -5pm, depending on the needs of the business.
