Due to increased business, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of our respected clients as a permanent Customer Service Assistant within their Customer Services department in Grays. This role would suit a hardworking, driven, reliable candidate who is confident speaking on the phone as the majority of this role will be answering the phones and dealing with customer queries.
Duties:
* Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
* Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails, phone calls, live chat and occasionally in person.
* Be able to work under pressure.
* Handling customer complaints.
* Customer Service support to clients.
* Deliver exemplary customer service at all times.
* Give product advice.
* Cash handling.
* Stay up to date with new products, services and policies.
To be considered for this role, you must be computer literate as well as be methodical with excellent organisational skills and the desire to learn something new every day.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday. Hours are 9:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Thursday and 9am to 5pm on Fridays.
