An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a busy company based in Romford on a Permanent basis. To be considered for this role you must have experience dealing with customers face-to-face as well as on the telephone, have a hands-on approach to your work and be able to multitask efficiently.

Your main duties will include:

* Making outbound and answering incoming calls from customers and dealing with queries
* Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Email management (Internal and external)
* Maintaining manual and computerised records.
* Supporting and assisting the office team and any other departments as required
* Responding promptly to customer queries and requests
* Producing picking lists and invoices
* Photocopying and filing

The ideal candidate will be confident using Microsoft systems (Excel, Word, Outlook etc) and be efficient in IT and Social Media. Experience using SAGE 200 would be ideal.

This is a full-time role, 5 days per week, 8.00am to 5.00pm (+ overtime).

**The office is open Monday to Saturday, so you will be required to work Saturdays with 1 day off in the week.**
