Our client, an award winning supplier of luxury brands, are actively seeking a permanent Internal Account Manager to join their busy project team based in Dartford.
As the Internal Account Manager you will be responsible for tracking live quotes and opportunities whilst supporting the external specifications team. This role entails managing all projects which fall within a set area to the highest possible standard to ensure the outcome is that the project then becomes an order.
You will need to have outstanding project coordination and administration skills and have the ability to use a CRM system. You should be able to remain calm and be organised with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines. This role will suit an individual with excellent attention to detail and who is acquainted to working in a fast paced environment.
Your key duties will include working as part of the projects team and in unison with the specifications team to support sales and development plans, conversion of quotes to orders, supporting your sales buddy, building and maintaining client relationships both over the telephone and via email and you will be responsible for arranging appointments and managing a diary of outgoing projects.
Your hours will be Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm with 21 days holiday plus Christmas shutdown period. Free parking is also provided.
