Premier Work Support is pleased to be partnering with a leading supplier of designer and luxury bathrooms, who are looking for a permanent Retail Buyer based in Central London.
To ensure the business maintains it's lead in the premium bathroom market, you will be responsible for managing and sourcing market-leading products, with the aim of increasing the company's portfolio of exclusive and key branded ranges. The role will involve negotiating attractive buying terms, marketing support and showroom display funding, as well as ensuring high delivery service and product quality.
Your role within the business will be to increase margin and improve category performance by effective range profiling, new launch and marketing plans, exit plans, price reviews and supplier trading agreements.
You will be working closely with all departments including the sales team, marketing department and operations colleagues to boost category sales as well as driving new product development strategies. You have the responsibility to approve new products, liaise on supplier production schedules and manage critical paths to product launch.
To be successful in the role you will ideally have experience working as a Buyer within retail or e-commerce, bathroom industry knowledge would be ideal. As would experience in the premium kitchen or other home-ware sectors but is not essential. You will be able to show negotiating skills and have a highly commercial and ethical mind-set.
This role is 37.5 hours, across Monday to Saturday - 9am to 5.30pm
