We are currently recruiting for a permanent Site Administrator to work across 3 business sites for one of our client whose head office is based in Enfield.
As the Site Administrator you will be working across 3 sites each week where your duties will include:
* Scanning and uploading documents on a central portal
* Emailing site documents to Head Office
* Filing documents on site
* Dealing with delivery tickets, timesheets and daily signing in sheets

* Good attention to detail.
* Able to work well with others.
* Proficient in use of Word, Excel, and data entry.
* Willingness to learn from and assist colleagues.
* Car Driver as you will be travelling to different sites (Fuel expenses will be reimbursed)
Hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
