Our client is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join their team in Romford on a permanent basis. You will be working within an assisted living environment, so the ideal candidate will be calm, well-mannered and be able to multitask well.
As Sous Chef, your day to day responsibilities will be to make and prepare Breakfasts, Lunches and Dinners for the residents. You will also be responsible for assisting the Head Chef with any duties needed. Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness will be a priority at all times.
To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience within a similar role. Any qualifications or certificates within Cooking or Culinary Arts would be advantageous. This role would suit a great team player who is hardworking and self-motivated.
The hours for this role are: Wednesday to Thursday: 2pm to 6pm & Saturday to Sunday: 6am to 2.30pm
The salary for this role will be between £10 and £12 per hour, depending on experience.
