An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a friendly company based in Ongar that is growing due to increase in workload.
Our client is looking to recruit a Part-time Administrator to join their team on a Permanent basis. To be considered for this role, you must have previous administrative experience within a busy office environment, however training on company systems and processes will be provided.
The main focus of the role will be to assist with the administration within the office, with your duties including:
* Answering incoming calls and dealing with queries
* Collating project packs
* Responding to emails
* Typing up and managing documentation
* Meeting & greeting visitors
* Assisting the Support Manager with any duties needed
This is a part-time role, 15 hour per week, to be worked over 2 or 3 days. The salary for this role is £20k per annum, pro rata to hours and days of work agreed. You must have the flexibility to increase to longer hours next year, up to 37.5 hours a week, however there is some flexibility.
Due to the location of the office and limited public transport, you must have your own method transport to get to and from work.
