Our client based in Canvey Island are looking for a self-motivated and driven individual with excellent customer service and telesales skills to join their team on a permanent basis. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
Working as part of a small team, 50% of your time will be spent taking inbound calls and making outbound account management calls to an existing customer base. The other 50% of your time will be making outbound calls to prospective customers in order to win and develop new business for the company.
Working from a large database of UK based customers you will be taking and processing customer orders, inputting these onto the in-house database whilst working to sales targets.
Full product training will be provided. All you will need is previous telesales and customer service experience, a strong customer focus, excellent communication and people skills along with the motivation to work to and achieve sales targets.
