Due to a substantial growth in business, our client is seeking to recruit a Technical Administrator to join their team in Thurrock. The ideal candidate will have experience viewing technical drawings and reviewing measurements & components.
As a Technical Order Processor, your duties will include providing quotations, processing and monitoring customer sales orders, updating the systems with correct customer & order details, producing delivery notes, liaising with customers via email and telephone and ensuring KPI's are met.
You will be required to review plans & customer specifications to ensure it is the correct product for the customer and highlight any errors so that they can be amended.
To be considered for this role you must have experience within a similar role.
This is a full-time, permanent position, with the hours of 8am to 5pm (Monday to Friday).
