Premier Work Support are excited to be recruiting for two permanent Sales Ledger Clerks for our prestigious client based in the Horsham area starting ASAP.
As a Sales Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible for checking, raising and sending invoices, posting payments to accounts and raising and sending statements by email or post. You will also be raising and sending certificates of conformity to customers, taking inbound calls and email queries from customers as well as chasing any outstanding invoices and filing.
You must have the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, effective time management, strong attention to detail and a good understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.
The hours of work are either Monday to Wednesday 09:00 until 17:00 or Wednesday to Friday 09:00 until 17:00. A 60 minute break deducted daily.
There is the possibility of a full time role Monday to Friday 09:00 until 17:00 - £17,108
Own transport will be required due to the location of the client.
