We are currently seeking a Receptionist for our prestigious client based in Chatham.
The main duties of the reception role will be to answer all telephone calls to the business in a timely and efficient manner, meeting and greeting clients and visitors along with general administration tasks.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, have good IT skills, excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner. Experience in a similar role is essential.
Hours of work are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm
This is a temporary role for a period of approximately 2 months.
