We are recruiting an Office Administrator on behalf of a well established company based in Gillingham.
Daily duties include working on the in-house system, answering telephone and taking bookings, diary management, dealing with goods received and goods out notes, stock investigations and basic transport office functions/debriefing drivers. Experience within a transport office is desirable.
The successful candidate will have good IT skills, a good attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Hours of work are 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
The role will be initially working on a temporary basis, however a permanent role will be offered after a qualifying period to the successful candidate.
