Our client a growing organisation based in Basildon is looking for a Logistics Warehouse Administrator to join their busy team on a permanent basis.
Based within an office within a warehouse environment you will be involved in actioning the daily pick lists on the WHMS and using CargoWise and liaising with clients regarding documentation, delivery and charges.
Other aspects of the role will include invoicing jobs and liaising closely with the warehouse team to ensure the tasks given to them have been carried out within a set time frame.
In addition to this you will monitor and report on your clients' stock rotation, use track and trace systems and complete customer stock status reports on Excel.
Essential requirements for this role are:-
Strong Administrative, communication and organisational skills.
Very good Knowledge of Excel and Word.
Previous experience of working within a busy warehouse environment.
Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and multi task.
This is a full time permanent position working 9.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday and our client offers a competitive salary, 23 days holiday which rises with service, On-site car parking and more....
