Premier Work Support are pleased to advertise a rewarding opportunity working for our prestigious manufacturing client based in Crawley, who urgently require a Customer Service Advisor.
The ideal candidate will have worked previously in an office based administrative environment.
As part of this role you will be responsible for the entry and supply of the New Build project orders. To ensure that everything is in place to be able to deliver goods on time. To provide excellent service to encourage repeat business.
You must have a good understanding of verbal and written English as you will be dealing with customers via telephone and email. A good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel is essential. Training will be given to the successful candidate.
The hours of work are Monday to Thursday, 8:45am to 16:55pm, and Fridays, 8:45am to 16:25pm.
