An amazing opportunity has arisen for an experienced Scheduling Administrator to join our well-established client based in Thurrock. As a business, they pride themselves on their company values and their commitment to respecting and caring for their customers and employees.
Your duties will include, but not be limited to, providing administrative support to the engineering team, using the planning system to issue weekly jobs to engineers, tracking complete and incomplete works to reschedule, purchasing and ordering parts, finance tracking, prioritising jobs and liaising with internal and external contacts to ensure smooth communications at all times.
You will assist with invoice queries, create reports on Excel and help to deliver department KPI's, so you will need to be able to work well under pressure.
Experience working with Microsoft packages, and excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, are a must. To be successful in this role, you will need to be self-driven and have the ability to use your initiative. Experience within the FMCG environment would be ideal.

This is a full time, permanent role, with the hours of 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
